Alex Pinheiro

A serial entrepreneur and manager, Alex Pinheiro created in the last 15 years several internationally-acclaimed Brazilian companies focused on digital platforms. Founding-parner of MOTRIX Mobile, he was partner and CEO of HANDS Mobile S.A. as part of the new management team which delivered a two year successful turnaround before selling the business to Grupo.Mobi (a RBS Group company). Mr. Pinheiro was also founding-partner of GOL Mobile in 2007, founding-partner in 2003 of WIZ Technologies - a Latin America leading company in application development and publishing for mobile phones -, founding-partner in 1999 of Via Global S/A - an entertainment guide part of the BOVESPA-listed Internet fund IP.COM-, and founding-partner in 1994 of the web producer Muiraquitã.

Reinaldo Mello, Ms.C.

A computer engineer, Reinaldo Mello is currently founding-parner of MOTRIX Mobile. Reinaldo was partner and CIO of HANDS Mobile S.A. as part of the new management team which delivered a two year successful turnaround before selling the business to Grupo.Mobi (a RBS Group company). He was a founding-partner at GOL Mobile and WIZ Technologies - a Latin America leading company in application development and publishing for mobile phones. For the last 8 years, Reinaldo Mello develop and manage development teams in projects related to mobile devices and support platforms.
He graduated in Computing Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), was awarded a one-year scholarship from CAPES to study at the Institut Nationale Polytechnique of Grenoble - France. Got his masters in Computer Science from PUC-Rio in 2006.

Luiz Gustavo Nogara, Ms.C., PMP

A computer engineer and project manager, Luiz Gustavo Nogara is a founding-partner at MOTRIX Mobile. Mr. Nogara was partner and CTO of HANDS Mobile S.A. as part of the new management team which delivered a two year successful turnaround before selling the business to Grupo.Mobi (a RBS Group company). He was also a founding-partner at WIZ Technologies - a Latin America leading company in application development and publishing for mobile phones. Luiz Gustavo Nogara has led several teams in developing products for mobile and web platforms.
He graduated in Computer Engineering from PUC-Rio in 2004, and he was awarded a scholarship to study at the ENSEEIHT, part of the Institut Nationale Polytechnique of Toulouse, France. Got his masters in Computer Science from PUC-Rio in 2007, has the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a certificate in Business Project Management from New York University.
